Tae Kwon Do teaches a discipline that shows ways of enhancing our spirit and life through training our body and mind, which will eventually produce great power. This martial arts class is offered to the entire family (min. 6 yrs old) and is perfect for the person with little experiences. You will develop SELF-CONFIDENCE, learn a proper way of stretching and breathing, and how to defend yourself…
