Ji Do Kwan History:
Ji Do Kwan means “The way of Widsom.” JI Do Kwan association, founded in 1946, is one of the primary Tae Kwon Do fraternal martial arts schools that follows the Kukkiwon curriculum of martial arts practice and supports the activities of the World Tae Kwon Do Federation (WTF). Ji Do Kwan has spread to various areas all around the world including US, Canda, Europe, Australia, South America, Japan and many other countries. US Ji Do Kwan association, headed by Ho Yung Chung, is located in Detroit, Michigan. In addition to Ji Do Kwan, Song Moo Kwan, Chung Do Kwan, Moo Duk Kwan and Chang Moo Kwan are considered original annex Kwans under the World Tae Kwon Do Federation.
